Really 4.5 as rooms, bathroom nead modernizing and cleaning needs to improve. BUT location and sea view rooms are delightful. Large wonderful balcony. No safe, sketchy electric outlets. Bathroom old and shower/ tub is a hazard. High ceilings very nice and marble counter tops a surprise. Location gives excellent view. Easy walk to beach. On end of pedestrian walk into downtown.

Horrible, outdated rooms. Our bathroom smelled like excrements. We were charged for drinks that weren't even stocked in our mini fridge to begin with. And let's not talk about the cockroaches wandering through the rooms. The only positive thing of note how close the hotel is to the beach and the Universitatea Maritima

Decent hotel, great location by the beach, furniture is from 2002 when the hotel was inaugurated, breakfast is limited but enough to get your day started. Minuses, the bed is squeeky and the bathroom fan is too loud. For the money we paid, it was worth it.

This hotel has a great location and thus I would recommend it. The apartments are very wide and so there is plenty of space, with a large balcony. Some do have sea views. The rooms need an upgrade, but do the job for a short stay. The breakfast is included in the price, but it was horrible. Staff are helpful.

very good 3* hotel in the city center; shops/restaurants/beach are very close. Friendly stuff. The breakfast was quite okay - may be it is still comes from the covid-times: only 4 pre-set menu were available. But all 4 were quite nice;y balanced, so, no complains.

A clean, spacious room, with desk, balcony and a big bathtub. The view was toward some nearby buildings..a bit dissapointing but in few steps from hotel entrance you can see the beach&sea. Breakefast for vegans or people with gluten, lactose intolerance is quite limited.

The breakfast was a big bad joke. The rooms looked clean, spacious and pretty quiet. On the good side, the hotel is really close to Modern beach. The fare for a night is pretty steep, taking into consideration the above-mentioned.
